An agreement to be reached to make sure all are on the same page with regards to budget, work product and scope of work.

With actual site measurements we will create a 3D visualization of the current site
Preliminary floor plans and concepts shall be designed out of which one will be finalized with you
A tentative schedule and budget shall be designed
Finalization of designs and selections of furnishings and fixtures, with drawings and renderings with visual aids.
Floor plans, electrical and lighting, furniture, elevations and interior design construction document will be drawn with a finalized schedule
Bids and quotes from contractors shall be compared
A final design presentation and budget will be built for approval

Site Work to commence with all detail drawings & specifications
Regular supervision of the construction site to maintain quality of work and adherence to the plans and designs as well as mitigating any unexpected issues, if any
Supervision and Post-construction evaluation for any deficiencies
Final delivery, styling and installation of furniture, fixtures, art, accessories, etc.

Evaluation of finalized installation to check for any deficiencies and quality check
Immediate address of deficiencies if any
Final invoices shall be prepared
Project documentation drafts for your records
